Malakut Business Forum | Last updated: [10/15/2026]
These Website Terms and Conditions govern your use of www.malakutbusinessforum.com and related registration pages (together, the “Website”), and, where applicable, your request to attend and attendance at the Malakut Business Forum (the “Forum”). Please read them carefully before using the Website or submitting a registration request.
Who We Are
The Website and Forum are operated by Malakut Insurance Brokers (“we”, “us” or “our”). The Forum is a business event intended to connect senior professionals, decision-makers and industry experts.
References to “you” and “your” mean any person who visits the Website, submits a registration request, receives an invitation, attends the Forum, or otherwise interacts with us through the Website.Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using the Website, submitting a registration request, accepting an invitation or attending the Forum, you agree to be bound by these terms and any policies expressly linked from the Website, including our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or submit a registration request.
If you use the Website or register on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms. These terms do not create any employment, agency, partnership or joint venture relationship.Website Access and Content
We may update, suspend, withdraw or restrict all or any part of the Website at any time. We do not guarantee that the Website, or any content on it, will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or error-free. You are responsible for making the arrangements necessary to access the Website and for ensuring that all persons who access it through your internet connection comply with these terms.
The Website is provided for general information about the Forum and related activities. Programme details, speakers, partners, venues, timing, availability and other content may change. Website content is not an offer capable of acceptance, professional advice, a recommendation or a commitment that any particular person, organisation, speaker or activity will be available.Registration Requests and Invitations
Forum attendance is by invitation and subject to our approval. A registration request does not guarantee an invitation, a place, access to any particular session or admission to the venue. We may approve, decline, waitlist, cancel or withdraw a registration or invitation at our reasonable discretion, including where capacity, security, eligibility, conduct, operational or legal considerations require it.
You must provide complete, accurate and current information when using the Website or registering. You must promptly notify us if that information changes. We may rely on the information you submit and may contact you using it in connection with your registration and attendance.
Unless the relevant Forum page expressly states otherwise, there is no admission fee for approved attendees. Any travel, accommodation, insurance, visa, connectivity or other personal costs are your responsibility. If a future Forum or activity involves a fee, payment and refund terms will be provided separately before any payment is taken.Eligibility and Attendance
The Forum is intended for business professionals. You must be at least 18 years old to register or attend unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. You are responsible for complying with your employer’s policies and for obtaining any internal approvals required for your attendance.
You must bring any identification, confirmation or other entry information we reasonably require. Entry remains subject to venue rules, applicable law, security screening, capacity and the instructions of venue and Forum personnel. An invitation is personal to the approved attendee and may not be sold, transferred or used by another person without our prior written consent.Programme, Venue and Event Changes
We may change the Forum date, time, format, programme, speakers, venue, sponsor arrangements, catering, access arrangements or other event details where reasonably necessary. We may postpone, cancel, interrupt or move the Forum where circumstances require, including for safety, security, public-health, venue, speaker, transport, legal or force-majeure reasons.
Where reasonably practicable, we will use the contact information provided at registration to notify approved attendees of material changes. We are not responsible for costs incurred by you in reliance on published Forum details, including non-refundable travel or accommodation costs, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.Conduct and Removal
You must behave professionally and respectfully. You must not engage in harassment, discrimination, intimidation, abusive, disruptive, unsafe, unlawful or otherwise inappropriate conduct; interfere with the Forum, Website, venue, speakers, exhibitors or other attendees; damage property; or use the Forum to promote unlawful activity, solicit business aggressively or collect personal data without a lawful basis.
You must follow reasonable directions from Forum and venue personnel. We may deny entry or require you to leave the Forum without liability where we reasonably believe you have breached these terms, pose a safety, security or reputational risk, or disrupt the Forum or other attendees.Photography, Filming and Recordings
The Forum may be photographed, filmed or otherwise recorded for event operations, security, reporting, archive, promotional and editorial purposes. By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear incidentally in such material. Where required by applicable law, we will provide any required notice and obtain consent through an appropriate process.
You may not record, livestream, photograph or reproduce Forum sessions, speakers, attendees or materials for commercial use or public distribution without our prior written permission and, where applicable, the consent of the individuals concerned. Additional venue or session-specific restrictions may apply.Your Submissions and Communications
If you submit content, feedback, comments, photographs, questions or other material to us through the Website or in connection with the Forum, you confirm that you have the necessary rights to do so and that it is accurate, lawful and does not infringe another person’s rights. You retain ownership of your material, but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt and publish it as reasonably necessary to operate, promote and report on the Forum and Website, subject to our Privacy Notice where personal data is involved.
Do not submit confidential information, trade secrets, sensitive personal data or material that you do not want us to use for these purposes, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise in writing.Intellectual Property
We and our licensors own or control all intellectual-property rights in the Website, the Forum name and branding, and the material published through them, including text, graphics, design, logos, photographs, video, audio and session materials. Those rights are protected by applicable laws.
You may view, download and print Website content for your personal, non-commercial reference only. You must not copy, modify, publish, distribute, exploit, create derivative works from, frame, scrape or use Website or Forum materials for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Nothing in these terms grants you a licence to use our trade marks or branding.Third Parties and Links
The Website or Forum may include links to third-party websites, platforms, sponsors, partners, speakers or service providers. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, policies, products, services or activities. A link, acknowledgement or sponsorship does not constitute our endorsement.
Your use of third-party sites and services is subject to their own terms and privacy notices. You should review those documents before providing information or entering into any arrangement with a third party.Privacy and Electronic Communications
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Notice at [insert Privacy Notice URL]. The Privacy Notice explains the personal data we collect, why we use it, how long we keep it, who we may share it with, your rights and how to contact us about privacy matters.

We may report suspected unlawful activity to relevant authorities and may suspend or block access where reasonably necessary to protect the Website, the Forum, attendees, our systems or our legal rights.Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website and Forum are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no representation, warranty or guarantee that information on the Website or delivered at the Forum is complete, accurate, current, suitable for your purposes or free from errors or omissions.
Forum content and discussions are for general information and networking only. They do not constitute legal, tax, financial, insurance, investment, medical, professional or other advice. You should obtain independent advice before relying on any information or making a business decision.Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable law does not permit a limitation.
Subject to the previous paragraph, we will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill, anticipated savings or data, or for costs arising from travel, accommodation or other arrangements you make in connection with the Forum. Our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Website, the Forum or these terms will be limited to the amount you paid to us specifically for the relevant Forum, or, if no amount was paid, AED 1,000, to the extent permitted by law.Force Majeure
We will not be liable for delay, failure or interruption caused by an event beyond our reasonable control, including natural disaster, adverse weather, fire, flood, epidemic or public-health emergency, war, terrorism, civil unrest, transport disruption, utility or communications failure, governmental action, venue unavailability, labour dispute or security incident.Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website, cancel or withdraw an invitation, or take other reasonable action if you breach these terms, provide inaccurate information, misuse the Website, breach venue rules or applicable law, or if we reasonably consider it necessary for security, safety, legal or operational reasons. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations accrued before termination.Changes to These Terms
We may amend these terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on the Website with a revised “Last updated” date. Changes will apply from publication, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If you continue to use the Website or attend the Forum after changes take effect, you will be treated as having accepted the updated terms.Governing Law and Disputes
These terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at compliance-team@malakut.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally.General
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or, if that is not possible, removed; the remaining provisions will continue in force. A failure or delay by us to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.
These terms, together with any documents expressly incorporated by reference, set out the entire agreement between you and us concerning your use of the Website and attendance at the Forum. No person other than you and us has a right to enforce these terms, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
